The owner and chef de cuisine plan each menu, hand select each ingredient, prepare each dish and personally manage the food service at your event. BUDDY SUECK
After graduating from Washington College in Chestertown MD, Buddy started his professional hospitality career managing in restaurants and hotels. A self taught chef, he is greatly influenced by his mother's cooking, who emigrated from France in her 20s, as well as the teachings of Jacque Pepin and Julia Child. Buddy has owned and operated Panache Fine Catering continuously for over 30 years.
