How we write menus

We plan each menu individually in consultation to provide you with the finest food and personalized service. Each menu is specially tailored to your specific event, so no two are the same. All of our ingredients are hand selected and prepared with care, and our culinary repertoire is truly global. We are happy to make any dish that you desire.


Wedding Menu for a Fellow Chef

We always love to create memorable menu items for each client, but when that client is another chef, we know that we can pull out all the stops.  Both the bride and the groom live in New Orleans, so we wanted to include some subtle nods to the cuisine without the food being overtly “Cajun.” Being an October wedding, we also wanted to take advantage of the abundance of Maryland produce available at our wonderful local farms. The result was a one of a kind feast.

 
 

Eastern Shore Wedding

A longtime client planned to have her wedding at a friends farm on the Eastern Shore in MD (if you haven't been, it's picturesque countryside,) and we were happy to write a menu to match the setting.  We decided to keep this menu as local as possible, serving rockfish from the Chesapeake Bay, beef from Monkton MD and even peppers that the client grew herself!  This menu emphasizes premium yet unpretentious American fare.
